How to Make The Debt Payoff Planner?

Simply go through all of the pages included in the planner and write down the pages you want to use. 

Head over to your printer and print out the pages you feel will help the most in starting to tackle your debt. 

We suggest printing out the entire planner and going through every page to start. 

We purposely created it so each and every page is valuable and meets a need in organizing your finances. 

If you happen to find a page that does not work for your situation just remove it from your planner.

Use these instructions to assist you with pages throughout the planner. 

7. What’s Your Why?

Friend, please take the time to answer these five questions. Reflect on the purpose, meaning, emotions behind paying off your debt. Take your time with this page.

8. Motivational Quote

Use this page as a motivational quote to get you started. Take some time to color in the bubble letters as you become stressed. Coloring is a great stress reliever and still has you focused on your debt in a positive light.

9. Bible Verses

Read over these Bible verses and pray about your debt. Refer back to these to find God’s strength through this process.

10. $1,000 Emergency Fund

It is a must to have a $1,000 emergency fund saved up as you are working to pay off debt. Life happens you want to be prepared. Cross out or color in the squares as you work on building up that stash.

11. Snowball vs. Avalanche

What debt payoff method works best for you? Are you looking to pay off all your high-interest rate debt off first or start with your smallest amount of debt and work up? Check out this link for more information.

 12. Debt Overview

Get a birds-eye view on your debt. Write down the interest rate, the creditor, what the minimum monthly payment is, the total credit limit, and what your current balance is.

13. Debt Payoff Plan

Rank your debt in the order you want to pay it off. Will you be focusing on the snowball or avalanche method?

14. Debt Payment Tracker

Print out as many of Debt Payment Trackers as you need to match the number of creditors you have. Begin to fill in the top of the page with the information for each creditor. Track the loan and payments as you go through each month of the year.

15. Debt Progress

Another tool to monitor the progress of your debt. Simple and easy way to track your debt payoff progress.

16. Debt Thermometer

Use this page as a motivational tool as you get closer and closer to being debt-free. Print it off and leave it in a place that it will motivate you (on the fridge or the back of the binder). Set the side increments based on your total debt. Color in the thermometer as you pay off your debt. It would be a great idea to frame this page when you become debt-free!

17. Debt Snowball Calendar

For two different accounts. Use to track your payments throughout the year.

Another method used to track your payments using the snowball method.

19. Debt Payoff Tracker

Another debt payoff tracker that allows you to check off paid in the last row as you are crushing your payments. Goal payment motivates you to pay more than the minimum payment.

20. Spending Habits

Debt is hard to pay off without tracking your current spending habits. You want to get to the root of the spending problem. Use the habit tracker to watch where you are spending more than you should.

21. Where Can I Save?

List your current bills, how much they cost a month and write yes or no if they can be lowered or not. Record down any notes and aim to get your bills as small as possible with your monthly payments.

22. Side Hustle Tracker
